We had a wonderful stay at App-art - very comfy bed and clean, stylish room. The location was incredible - 4 mins walk to the promenade des Anglais which had lovely beach bars and restaurants. We were able to borrow beach towels from the hotel and also leave our bags there securely after we checked out. The staff were lovely and husband wife team running the app art rooms were very friendly and cheerful. Loved our stay here - Thank you! Highly recommend!

The appartments are new renovated, very well equipped, everything was new and clean, we had enough space, bed was very comfortable, the owner was very helpfull and friendly, the location is great, everything was reachable with short bus drive or walking

The location was near the beach, close to train and bus station. We arrived to cannes and monaco in 30-60 minutes. The room was cleaned every day, with new towels. All staff members were very nice and very helpful all the time (daniel, sandy). Gave us many tips.

Room was very clean and new. Design was great and easy to access. Location is not perfect but good enough, close to Le Negresco. I would stay here again for sure.

Omg, my stay was absolutely amazing! The lady at the reception is super cute, incredibly kind and polite, she made me feel welcome from the very first moment. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The facilities exceeded my expectations, everything was modern, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing experience. I especially loved how peaceful and quiet the hotel was at night, perfect for a good night’s sleep. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

Great location. Close to the beach and only ten minutes or so walk to Place Massena via a nice street of restaurants. The apartment was very clean and modern with everything you need for a short break.

Location: 3 min to beach, 10-12 min to the live old city, 5 min to the tram stop, which perfectly connects you to the airport. The street was very quiet. At the same time a lot of shops, cafes and other things around. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful, solved our issues immediately. The room itself is very clean with the super comfy bed. Towels were changed every day. You may also rent out the beach towels at 3 euros/day. Thank you, the small, motivated and very helpful team!

We arrived and our room was ready right as we checked in. We were personally shown the room and given the room key and access code. The elevator works but it is only up one flight of stairs so it's not too difficult. The wonderdul owner is charming and attentive. Very helpful staff as well. It's quite obvious that the property has recently been renovated with much attention to details. Our room was clean, well decorated and relaxing. The rooms have a very nice kitchenette, private bathroom w shower. The beautiful glass doors in our room revealed an amazing view of the gorgeous church across the street. The room provides a small refrigerator, 2 burner electric stove, coffee, tea kettle, toaster, beautiful plates, cups, and wine glasses. Pots, pans, flatware. Small table and chairs as well as a cabinet for luggage and clothes storage during your visit. My wife's favorite part is that hot chocolate was provided as an option to coffee or tea. Towels and books for the beach are also available. The location is great! Close to the beach, a grocery store, a health food store, restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy and plenty of pastries. There are bus and tram stops for all of your travell needs/wants We would highly recommend and definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Nice!

Location was PERFECT, two blocks away from the beach which is beautiful, close to lots of supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. The room was lovely and also Incredibly clean, it looked just like the pictures, and we would get the room cleaned and our towels changed every day. You could also get free towels and umbrellas for the sun in the reception which was quite useful for us to go to the beach.
